Imagine if, for just two weeks, you gave yourself 90 extra minutes of sleep every night. No alarms, no staying up scrolling just pure rest.
Most of us think we don’t have time to sleep more, but what if more sleep actually gave us more time by making us more focused, faster, and less tired during the day?
If I slept 90 minutes more, I think my mornings would feel calmer, my grades would improve, and my skin and mood would thank me too. I’d probably spend less time rereading the same sentence or drinking extra coffee just to stay awake in class.
